熱喂料橡膠擠出機

用途：

本機用于擠制胎面、內胎、墊帶、膠管等橡膠半成品。

結構特點：

1、本機分別配有內胎、胎面機頭。機頭的內層空腔可通入蒸汽或冷卻水,以控制機頭溫度。

2、機身制有螺旋形水汽通道以提高加熱冷卻效果，并設有測溫度及溫度顯示裝置；喂料口處帶有進行強制喂料的喂料輥，入膠快；出膠均勻。

3、螺桿和襯套均采用氮化鋼，并經過氮化處理，具有足夠的強度和耐磨性。

4、減速機均采用合金鋼圓孤齒傳動（XJ-200的減速機為漸開線齒輪），并配有強制潤滑裝置，具有傳動效率高、使用壽命長、噪音小等優點。

5、本機配有交流整流子電機，可根據生產要求選取不同速度。

APPLICATION:

The present machine is used for extruding such half-finished rubber products as inner tube,tire tread,rim band,rubber tube and,etc.

GENERAL DESIGN AND FEATUER:

1.The machine is provided with two kinds of head,tube head and tire tread head.Cavities within heads are passable by steam and cooling water to control head temperature.

2.A circular pass way in spiral shape is provided within the extrusion body for higher heating and clliing efficiency and with a thermomentric and temperature display panel.For convenient and high-speed feeding,a forced feeding roll is provided with at the feeding opening.

3.The screw and bush made of nitrided steel are nitrigen treatment,so strength and abrasion resistance enough.

4.A circular are gears,made of alloy steel,are adopted for the reducer driven(The reducer for XJ-200 is involute gear-driven),and the reducer is equipped with a forced lubrication system,so high driven efficiency,long service life,less noise and,etc.

5.The extruder is equipped with an A.C.commutator motor and different speed can be chosen according to requirements of the production.
