超高分子量聚乙烯UHMW-PE板材
     超高分子量聚乙烯UHMW-PE使用壽命高于鋼質,耐磨性是炭鋼及不銹鋼的4~7倍;摩擦系數小,自潤滑,不吸水、不粘結物料,抗沖擊性強度高,綜合機械性能好,耐酸、堿、鹽腐蝕、不老化,耐低溫,衛生無毒,重量輕,比重是鋼材的1/8。因此,是用做散裝物料儲存及運輸設備襯里的最佳材料,如儲倉,流槽等,廣泛應用在電力、鋼廠、煤礦等等行業中。                    

                    

                             我公司研發擁有自主知識產權的高新科技成果——復合增強高耐磨超高分子聚乙烯,分子量在300萬以上,實現了擠壓成型高耐磨管材、板材、托輥、棒材、異型材。
     這種高耐磨板材具有優異的耐磨損性能,列世界先進水平,可在輸送條件極為苛刻的場合下安裝應用,如輸送礦石、焦煤等強磨損固體材料。在磨粒磨損過程中具有強力抗刨、抗削和抗犁的優異功能,克服了單純或一般改性的超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)板材在磨粒磨損過程中易成裂縫而加速疲勞磨損的缺陷,填補了國內空白。 同時,為適應各種環境條件下的安裝應用,可設計成拼裝連接結構可按用戶要求定做,便于安裝維修。如操作條件十分困難的煤礦井下安裝料斗、溜槽,冶金行業的供料漏斗等的應用,能徹底解決輸送過程中粘結和堵料這個老大難問題,實現安全、高效正常生產。                    

                    

                          主要特性: 
    耐磨性:
    UHMW-PE的耐磨性居塑料之冠并超過某些金屬,圖1為UHMW-PE與其它材料耐磨性比較,這樣高的耐磨性以至于用一般塑料磨耗實驗法難以測試其耐磨程度,因而采用砂漿磨耗測試裝置。UHMW-PE的耐磨性與分子量成正比隨著分子量的升高其耐磨性越好。                    

                    

                                             

                    

                             耐沖擊性:
    UHMW-PE的沖擊強度在所有工程塑料中名列前茅圖2表示為與其它工程塑料沖擊強度比較,從圖2可看出的耐沖擊性如此之高,以至于采用通常沖擊試驗方法難以使其斷裂破壞,其沖擊強度隨分子量的升高而提高,在分子量為150萬時達到最大值,然后隨分子量的繼續升高而逐漸下降。此外,它在反復沖擊后表面硬度更高。                    

                    

                                             

                    

                             自潤滑性:
     有極低的磨擦因數(0.05-0.11)故自潤滑性優異,從表可以看出的動磨擦因數在水潤滑條件下是PA66和POM的1/2,在無潤滑條件下僅次于自潤滑最好的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)當它以滑動或轉動形勢工作時,比鋼和黃銅添加潤滑劑后的潤,肖性好,因此在磨擦學領域被譽為成本性能非常理想的磨擦材料。

                              耐化學藥品性:
     具有優良的耐化學藥品性,除強氧化性酸液外,在一定溫度下和深度范圍內能耐各種腐蝕性介質如:(酸、堿、鹽)及有機介質(荼溶劑除外)。其它20℃和80℃的80種有機溶劑中浸漬30天外表無任何反常現象其它物理性能也幾乎沒有變化。                    

                    

                             沖擊能吸收性
     UHMW-PE具有優異的沖擊能吸收性,沖擊能吸收值在所有的塑料中最高因而噪聲阻尼性很好,具有優良的消音效果。                    

                    

                             耐低溫:
     UHMW-PE具有優異的耐低溫性能,在液氦溫度(-269℃)下仍具有延展性,因而能夠用作核工業的耐低溫部件,值得指出的是,它在液氮中(-196℃)也能保持優異的沖擊強度。這一特性是其它塑料所沒有的。                    

                    

                             衛生無毒性:
     UHMW-PE衛生無毒,完全符合日本衛生協會的標準,并得到美國食品及藥物行政管理局的美國農業部認可,可用于接觸食品和藥物。                    

                    

                             不粘性:
      UHMW-PE表面吸附力非常微弱,其抗粘附能力僅次于塑料中不粘性最好的PTEE,因而制品表面與其它材料不易粘附。                    

                    

                             憎水性:
     UHMW-PE吸水率很低,一般小于0.01%,為PA66的1%,因而成型加工前不必干燥,制品在潮濕環境中不會因吸濕而發生尺寸變化。

     其它性能:
     UHMW-PE還具有優良的電氣像性能比HDPE更優良耐環境應力裂性比HDPE更好的耐疲勞性及耐射線能力。                    

                             不足之處:
     與其它工程塑料相比UHMW-PE耐熱性能和硬度偏低,但可以通過“填充”和“交聯”等改善。
