CFR連續式塑料軟瓶充填封口機
供應 塑料軟管充填封口機、棒棒冰自動灌裝封口機，該機型適用于棒棒冰或軟瓶包裝容器的充填、封口。可廣泛應用于果凍、果汁、奶制品等食品行業。本機實現了自動上瓶、無瓶不充填、料液自動回收、機械式可調壓力封口功能。負壓充填速度快，無氣泡。整機無氣動元件。
工藝流程：自動上瓶→負壓充填→擠料→瓶口清洗→加熱→機械式封口→退瓶。
主機變頻調速。氣動、電器元件選用國內外知名品牌。
CFR ContinuousPlastic Soft Bottle Filling And Sealing Machine
The machine is suitable to do the filling and sealing of lolly tube or soft bottle.It is widely used in the foods line,such as:jelly、fruit juice.milk.,etc.The machine has the fuction of the auto bottle-putting、no filling without bottles、auto recycle for material-liquid、mechanical type sealing for pressure-adjusting.Filling speed for negative pressure is fast,without air bubble.There is no pneumatic components on the machine.
