1、 工作溫度170℃，短時工作溫度232℃，熔點285℃，極限氧指數34~35。2、 含氧量在15%或以下的場合均可適用。3、 燃料中含硫或煙道氣中含硫的氧化物，現已證明其是抗酸堿腐蝕、抗化學性很強的纖維。4、 煙道中含濕氣的場合。5、 在溫度190℃~232℃工礦條件下，氣布比高達5：1做線上清灰及氣布比6：1做離線清灰時，PPS過濾氈除塵濾袋具有優異的性能記錄。
PPS除塵濾袋介紹：
燃煤鍋爐布袋除塵專用濾料（HAT系列PPS 濾料）是山東奧博環保科技有限公司在承擔國家863課題干法脫除燃煤電廠多污染物協同控制技術的基礎上，針對高溫煙氣除塵開發的纖維針刺氈濾料。具有除塵效率高，煙氣阻力低的過濾特點。該濾料具有過濾精度高、排放低、性能穩定的特點。采用優質日本進口PPS纖維，經國內先進的成套針刺設備梳理織布，進行高溫定型、表面軋光處理和高濃度PTFE浸漬防腐、防水防油處理后加工成針刺氈濾料。
濾袋縱向、袋口與袋底采用日本重機縫紉設備，用PTFE線進行縫制。濾袋袋口采用不銹鋼彈性漲圈。袋底100mm雙層加強。
產品特性：
優點：PPS纖維具有良好的耐腐蝕性、耐水解性。是目前燃煤鍋爐除塵性價比較高的濾料。
缺點：不耐氧化。要求實際工況中含氧量要低于8%（150℃），溫度越高含氧量應越低。溫度每升高10℃，化學反應加倍。
